HIDDEN TOXINS in your Food, Clothing, etc.

We are bombarded with unknown toxins on a daily basis. How can you find out if these toxins are doing you harm?
These hidden toxins can make you ill without you even knowing it’s them doing it. While it’s true that our bodies do try to eliminate toxins through our digestive system, we bombarded with more chemicals today than ever before and our bodies are showing us they have had enough. If you display the following symptoms, your body could be telling you enough is enough and it’s time to detox your body:
  • Migraines
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Skin Rash
  • Dermatitis
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis (Plaque Psoriasis being the most common type)
  • Other Autoimmune disorders
  • Memory loss
  • Muscle weakness
  • Confusion
  • Urine flow issues
  • Kidney issues
  • Fibrosis
  • Chronic Bronchitis
  • Other lung issues
  • Cancer
  • and many more – too many to list.

Food we buy in the store can contain toxins. Even that veggie burger you just bought in the freezer section. Yes I said veggie burger. That veggie burger probably contains Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) to make it taste better. It can be bought in the spice section as well to “enhance” the flavors of our food. My mother used to cook with it all the time. No wonder her food always tasted so much better than the other neighborhood mom’s foods. I thought I had the greatest cook for a mom until I recently learned her “secret” ingredient (MSG). We didn’t know much about MSG back then. Or about the other additives that are added to our foods.
Toxins are not just in our foods, but in our clothing, our hair care products, our bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, make-up, shaving creams, hand soaps, dish soaps, laundry detergents, and many more.

I will be updating my blog as time allows and give more information on what has toxins, and where to look for better, healthier products.
